The “Koach HaNo’ar” club is a program designed for deaf and hearing-impaired youth studying at Carmel-Zvulun High School. The club serves as a social meeting place where girls and boys acquire and enhance their social skills and life skills. The activities in the club encourage responsibility, independence and contribute to self-management abilities.
